BALMORAL PARTICIPATES IN PV AMERICA

Thanks so
much to all
sponcers and
participants of
PV America
held this week
in Philadelphia.
Balmoral Capital participated and it was a great opportunity to talk to everyone making up the USA side of our business. Philadelphia is a great town, and lots of history. Our preliminary analysis proved again that Balmoral is on track with business in “emerging markets” of this great “emerging market of SOLAR ENERGY”. More later on our plans in Bulgaria. Solar World and BP Solar had exceptional product listings, and Schletter demonstrated clear mounting technology.

Energy Summit and Balmoral Private Equity

(picture and video clip by Kincaid) http://www.worldfutureenergysummit.com/
Balmoral Companies representatives will be represented at the Summit. Private Equity capital is not quoted on a public exchange. Private equity consists of investors and funds that make investments directly into private companies or conduct buyouts of public companies that result in a delisting of public equity. Capital for private equity is raised by Balmoral from only Accedited and institutional investors, and can be used to fund new technologies, expand working capital within an owned company, make acquisitions, or to strengthen a balance sheet. The majority of Balmoral's private equity consists of small institutional investors and accredited investors who can commit 5 to 10 million dollars for 5 to 10 years. In international standard these are small and short time periods. Private equity in Solar Farms is our primary focus directed in Southern Europe where the tarriffs for conneting to the Grid remain very high iN bulgaria it is almost 0.38 euro per kilo watt hour. Join us in Dubai for these dicussions at the World Future Energy Summit first of 2010. www.balmoralfinancial.com www.balmoralcompanies.com(BVI) http://www.nasdaqdubai.com/home/home.html http://www.worldfutureenergysummit.com/
