It has been said by the experts,Investors are looking for new opportunities in central and southeastern Europe after Spain and Germany, the global industry leaders in photovoltaics (PV) changed its tarriff. Turning sunlight into energy is big business. The name of the game is incentives.

The Czech Republic has attracted the lion's share of investment in Eastern Europe due to generous subsidies. But Prague is expected to reduce the feed-in tariffs from 2010, a move that could make Bulgaria a more promising market in the medium to long-term, analysts say. The Balkan country has already attracted applications for 1,000 megawatts of new solar parks thanks to its incentives.

Balmoral Solar and Balmoral Capital are planning big developments in these solar Markets. Accredited Investors are welcome to contact us to see our portfilio.

Another Location for Balmoral

Balmoral has announced they will begin new operations in Sofia, Bulgaria. Among other agreements, Balmoral has signed a 25 year agreement with Apex (http://www.apexexperts.com/) to develop technical permissions, deploy EPC contractors and operate Solar facilities in Bulgaria. The new location is situated 12.5kms away from the International airport and within few hours of the Solar sites.

The St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral (Bulgarian: Храм-паметник „Свети Александър Невски“, Hram-pametnik „Sveti Aleksandar Nevski“) is a Bulgarian Orthodox cathedral in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. Built in Neo-Byzantine style, it serves as the cathedral church of the Patriarch of Bulgaria and is one of the largest Eastern Orthodox cathedrals in the world.

Cote d'Ivorie

During the sixteenth century, European ivory traders visited the coast of West Africa. They named part of that region the Ivory Coast. For a time, other regions in West Africa were called the Gold Coast, the Grain Coast, and the Slave Coast. When the Ivory Coast gained its independence from France in 1960, it was the only one of these territories to keep its old name.
Cote-d'Ivoire (French call it ), is about the size of New Mexico. It has a 320-mile shoreline on the Gulf of Guinea. About 40 percent of the country is covered by rain forests. The rest of the country is woodlands, grassy plains, and mountains.

Today, the Ivory Coast is the richest country in West Africa. The nation's 8 million people earn one of the highest wages in Africa. The Ivory Coast's wealth comes from minerals, oil, and many agricultural products, especially coffee. Ivory Coast now accounts for more than 8 percent of the world's coffee! The only nations that produce more coffee are Brazil and Colombia.

Balmoral Capital participated and it was a great opportunity to talk to everyone making up the USA side of our business. Philadelphia is a great town, and lots of history. Our preliminary analysis proved again that Balmoral is on track with business in “emerging markets” of this great “emerging market of SOLAR ENERGY”. More later on our plans in Bulgaria. Solar World and BP Solar had exceptional product listings, and Schletter demonstrated clear mounting technology.

PEOPLE AND PLACE THAT CARE

THE DIFFERENCE IS PEOPLE “Nothing gets done without people who care”. Good people working hard and taking responsibilities for their actions, that is what it is all about.
PICTURED left to right Marin Marinov President APEX then Rodney Kincaid CEO. Marin Marinov President APEX is one of these people. He runs a leading Bulgarian company which has been doing "Renewable Energy" business for over 16 years . Business processes of APEX SOLAR is approved by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance to the ISO9001:2000Management System Standards. http://apexexperts.com/eng.html, APEX is as Joint Venture Partner of Balmoral Financial and Balmoral Capital, APEX was and is foundational in our Bulgarian transactions.

One of the legal minds creating strategy and working out details is Mr. Peter Mateev. PICTURED top left is Attorney Peter Matavv with council members after successful work in Vetovo.

Another top thinker and instrumental in this entire process is President and CEO of "CAPITAL SOLAR PARTNERS" Mr. Konstantin Georgiev pictured below as he gives an examination of the soil in Vetovo, Bulgaria. Mr. Konstantin Georgiev servers also as Executive Director of the “Ludogorie” Association working with 8 municipalities in the Rousse and Silistra reigons.

(above right) Old and New. Bulgaria is a country full of opportunities both a reminder of the solid culture in a country founded in 5th and 6th century AD, and old and new opportunities with European Union ideals with Governments who have an agressive appetite for renewable solar energy. This is a great place to do business. Why? the People and the Places.
